“How will we live together?”
That envisioned by Sarkis is an inclusive Biennale. From the presentation of the curator, it emerges the need to look for new paradigms to design the space in which we live.
Architecture is viewed as a discipline capable to attract different energies and skills so to give answers to global questions such as social inequalities, issues of inclusion, and environmental emergencies.
Hashim Sarkis
Sarkis is the principal architect of Hashim Sarkis Studios (HSS), established in 1998 with offices in Boston and Beirut, and Dean of the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since 2015.
